Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to report any issue for a refund or replacement.

However, since all of our products are custom-made on demand, returns are only accepted if the issue is our responsibility—for example:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing or printing defects
  • Incorrect item received

If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement, no returns required.


How to Report an Issue

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at Hi@iKLEEK.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no cost.


When Refunds Are Not Eligible

Because each item is made to order, we cannot refund or replace an order if:

  • You chose the wrong size, color, or variant
  • You entered an incorrect shipping address
  • You changed your mind after the order was placed

Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.


No Physical Returns Required

To reduce waste and shipping emissions, we do not require you to return the item for valid refund or replacement claims. You keep it, and we’ll fix it.


Damages & Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this does not apply to custom-made items, which are non-returnable under EU law.


Refund Timeline

Once your claim is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
