  • Orders are processed and sent to production within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Average production time is 1 to 2 Business Days, although for some products it can take up to 5 business days.

We use a global network of fulfillment facilities, so your order is produced as close to you as possible for faster delivery and a lower carbon footprint.


Shipping Times

Once your order is produced, it’s shipped from the nearest facility. Delivery times vary by location:

  • United States: 3 to 5 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and can be delayed by carriers, holidays, or customs checks. You’ll see the most accurate shipping options and delivery dates at checkout, based on your address and the best methods available at the time.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We may offer promotional free shipping based on order value or for all orders during special events.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.


Wrong Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

  • We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the order cannot be refunded or replaced. You’ll need to place a new order with the correct details.


Lost, Damaged, or Late Shipments

If your order is damaged, defective, or lost, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund, no returns required.


Customs & Import Fees

International shipments may incur customs, duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
